Welcome to MYRNA Stories ("MYRNA," "we," "us"), a product of Redheaded Stepchild Tech. By creating an account or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What MYRNA is

MYRNA is a creative storytelling platform. It turns your written or recorded memories into narrated memoir films, and offers a Dream Analyzer that provides symbolic, spiritual dream interpretations and narrated dream films generated with the help of artificial intelligence.

2. For entertainment and self-reflection only

MYRNA's dream interpretations, memoir films, and all generated content are provided for entertainment, creativity, and personal self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional. You use MYRNA's insights at your own discretion.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use MYRNA. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Free trial & subscription

• New members may receive a 7-day free trial with access to analysis, generation, voice, music, and export features, subject to fair-use limits.
• Paid membership is billed from $5/month (the exact plan price is shown at checkout) and renews automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
• Fair-use limits (such as a daily limit on generated films) may apply and can change to keep the service sustainable.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the memories, dreams, and text you submit. You grant MYRNA a limited license to process that content to generate and store your films and interpretations, and to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to share any content you submit, and you agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

6. Sharing & public features

If you choose to share a dream or submit it to "Dream of the Day," it may be displayed publicly in an anonymized form (without your name). You can withdraw a shared dream at any time.

7. AI-generated content

Content is generated using AI and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. We do not guarantee any particular result, quality, or availability, and generated output may vary.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to create unlawful, hateful, or infringing content. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYRNA and Redheaded Stepchild Tech are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
